Equipped with dual-band technology and fast roaming capabilities, the Teltonika Networks TAP200 is a Wi-Fi 5 wireless access point designed to enhance Wi-Fi coverage in medium-density environments where high network performance is essential. The device supports a maximum data transfer rate of 867 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band and 300 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band. It offers Ethernet LAN data rates of 10,100,1000 Mbit/s and includes an RJ45 port with PoE-in functionality. The TAP200 supports multiple security algorithms, including AES-CCMP, TKIP, WPA-PSK, WPA2-EAP, WPA2-PSK, WPA3-EAP, and WPA3-SAE, ensuring robust network security. It is compatible with standards such as IEEE 802.11b, g, n, r, IEEE 802.3, 802.3az, and 802.3u. The device’s power consumption peaks at 2 W, and it supports active PoE within a DC voltage range of 44 – 57 V.
