PowerBeam-M5-400 – innovative Ubiquiti device

The PBE-M5-400 is part of the AirMax PowerBeam series. The device works in the 5 GHz band achieving 150+ Mbps bandwidth levels.

The Ubiquiti PowerBeam-M5-400 device is a comprehensive radio system. It complies with the 802.11n MIMO 2×2 standard. This product is equipped with a 560 MHz Atheros MIPS 74KC processor. The device uses 64 MB internal memory and 8 MB flash drive memory.

Construction

The PowerBeam-M5-400 device is built from durable components. In combination with innovative technologies this leads to the highest possible quality. The device works at temperatures ranging from -40 to 70 degrees Celsius. The PowerBeam-M5-400 device can be powered by PoE, a technology for powering outside devices in a network through an Ethernet cable.
