DELL PRO MAX GB10 2 TB – LOCAL AI PROCESSING WITH THE NVIDIA GB10
Dell Pro Max GB10 processes data entirely on-site, making it a choice for organizations that don’t want to send documents to public AI services: law firms, finance departments, medical facilities, and software development companies working with customer code covered by NDAs. One use case is working with confidential materials such as contracts, financial data, and medical records. The model, data, and results all remain on one device within the company network, with access limited to selected personnel.
INTERNAL AI ASSISTANT WITH NO EXTERNAL API TOKEN CHARGES
Despite its compact enclosure, measuring approximately 150 × 150 mm, this computer is designed for inference with models of up to 200 billion parameters. This is made possible by the NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell superchip, 128 GB of LPDDR5X memory shared by the CPU and GPU, and performance of up to 1 PFLOP (FP4). This makes it possible to build internal assistants for searching documents, classifying correspondence, or analyzing support tickets. Running models locally avoids the per-token fees charged by external APIs, though the costs of the hardware, power, and environment maintenance still apply.
TPM 2.0 AND OPERATION ON AN ISOLATED NETWORK
Security is supported by the TPM 2.0 module and NVIDIA DGX OS, an Ubuntu-based operating system designed for AI workloads. The 2 TB NVMe PCIe Gen4 drive can store local knowledge bases and vector indexes. Dell supplies the device with a 280 W USB-C power adapter, 10 GbE connectivity, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and its own drivers developed for DGX OS. The computer does not require a permanent internet connection, so it can also operate in an isolated network segment, with access limited to selected personnel.
